Registration

In order to register for EWGET 2010 please fill out the registration form and send it to ewget@uek.krakow.pl.

Please send your registration form before April 30, 2010.

There is no registration fee for EWGET 2010. The organizers will cover the cost of two nights in the Chopin Hotel and meals during conference for those participants whose paper has been accepted for presentation at the conference.

The Chopin Hotel offers deeply discounted rates for conference participants. See the Registration Form for details. After acceptance of a paper please make your reservation as early as possible.

Notice of paper acceptance will be send on April 20, 2010.

Entering Poland

Poland is a member state of the European Union. For a list of countries whose citizens do not require a visa to enter Poland, please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Participants of EWGET who need an invitation in order to obtain a visa to Poland are kindly requested to contact the organizers. It is possible to obtain an invitation only if a paper has been accepted for presentation.
